Goldy Brar:
Originally named Satwinder Singh, also known as Satinderjit Singh or Goldy Brar, hails from Muktsar in Punjab. He is the son of Shamsher Singh, a retired assistant sub-inspector from the Punjab police force.
Allegedly linked to the terrorist group Babbar Khalsa, Goldy Brar was reportedly involved in numerous criminal activities including murders, arms trafficking, and promoting radical ideology. In 2017, he relocated to Canada on a student visa with no prior criminal record, despite facing minor violence allegations in Punjab, from which he was acquitted.
Upon settling in Canada, Brar purportedly assumed control over operations for Lawrence Bishnoi, an incarcerated gangster in India, engaging in contract killings and extortion activities. Subsequently, an Interpol notice was issued against him in 2022, prompting his reported move to the United States.
In May of the previous year, Brar was listed as the 15th most wanted individual in Canada, facing allegations of involvement in over 50 murders. He garnered media attention by claiming responsibility for the demise of Sidhu Moose Wala.
Regarding legal matters, Brar was identified as the orchestrator behind the brutal murder of Punjabi singer, as per a 1,850-page charge sheet. Additionally, he stands accused of the murder of Faridkot Youth Congress leader Gurlal Singh Bhullar, allegedly seeking retribution for his cousin’s death.
